1. These sales and delivery conditions apply to the sale and delivery of the products offered on this website to customers in Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Europe more generally. Please read all the sales and delivery conditions carefully before ordering any product on this website. By ordering one of our products, you automatically accept the provisions described below.

1. If you order an item from our website, you guarantee that the following conditions are met:

   1. You are entitled to conclude legally binding contracts.

   2. You are at least 18 years old.

   3. You are a natural person and you buy the products for non-commercial purposes.

Purchase of goods, order processing

​

1. Ordering a product on this website is considered to be an offer to purchase a product in accordance with these terms of sale and delivery.

2. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation at your email address that states that we have taken note of your order. We would like to inform you that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.

3. Orders are subject to the approval of NATHALIE JEAN-LOUIS.

4. We confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation by email. This results in a legally binding contract between the two parties.

5. This contract only concerns products for which we have confirmed delivery in the order confirmation document. We are not obliged to deliver any other products which may form part of your order, unless the delivery of these products has been confirmed in a separate order confirmation.

Price and payment

1. The price of a product corresponds to the respective data indicated on the website, except in the case of obvious errors. VAT (percentage currently in force) is included in the prices indicated. Delivery charges are not included in the price; these are indicated separately next to the offer.

2. We are under no obligation to deliver a product to you at the wrong price (lower price), if the price error is obvious and you could easily have detected that the price indicated was wrong, even if we have already sent an order confirmation with the wrong price.

3. Payment can be made with the credit or debit cards described in the ordering process. We will indicate the amount to be paid in the order confirmation. Payment must be made before the products are delivered. We debit the amount due from your bank account just before delivery of the products. We are entitled to postpone delivery of the products until we have obtained full payment for the products ordered.

4. All credit card holders are subject to a validity check carried out by the card issuer who must also authorize the holder to use the card. The personal data of the credit card holder which is necessary for the checks can be exchanged with third parties. If the credit card issuer does not authorize payment, the delay or non-delivery of the order cannot be attributed to us.

Delivery

1. Delivery will in principle be made within 3 to 5 days from the date of the order, if nothing else has been explicitly agreed at the time of execution of the order.

2. The delivery address corresponds to the data indicated in the order confirmation.

3. For practical reasons, it is sometimes desirable to send several products of the same order in several times (split shipping). If so, it will be mentioned in the shipping notice. If this leads to an increase in the delivery costs, we will only send the products in installments (split shipment) without your express consent if the higher costs have already been communicated to you when concluding the contract.

Transfer of risk and ownership

1. The product becomes your property as soon as the payment of the total purchase price (delivery costs included) has been made in full or the delivery of the product has been made, this depending on the case which arises first. We are entitled to require the return of the products at any time before the transfer of ownership, if you violate these conditions of sale and delivery.

2. The transfer of risk takes place with the delivery to the address indicated. Risks, within the meaning of this provision, relate to liability in the event of damage to the product or damage caused by its use, handling or storage.

Right to retract

1. You can cancel your declaration of contract (order) within 30 days without being forced to state any reason, either in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods to us. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods on time. The withdrawal must be sent to:

2. If the retraction has been carried out correctly, we will refund you the price paid, provided that the goods arrive at NATHALIE JEAN-LOUIS unused and in their original condition. The costs generated by the return of the goods are your responsibility if the delivered goods correspond to the goods ordered.

Guarantee

​

1. If the product is damaged or an imperfection of any kind is noted, NATHALIE JEAN-LOUIS will repair the product immediately - after assessment -  once the damaged or defective product has been received by the company.

1. Saving clause. If certain provisions of these conditions of sale were partially or totally ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions remains valid.

5. These conditions of sale and delivery are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is not applicable.

6. Transfer of rights and charges. The contract between you and us is considered to be binding on you and us, as well as our respective beneficiaries. You may not transfer, assign, encumber or otherwise dispose of the right to deliver the goods ordered and defined in this contract without having obtained our prior written consent.
